Recently, I’ve been preparing a listing presentation for a home we're about to put up for sale. I'll also be meeting with potential clients who are considering multiple agents. In line with this, I want to share my approach to successfully selling these properties at top prices.
My process involves two main steps. First, I gather all the necessary research and data in the lab. I work with three screens and dedicate about an hour to compiling market statistics, sales activity information, and neighborhood maps. I also track trends to understand the direction things are heading in. This initial research sets the foundation for the second step.
The second part of the process involves meeting with the property owners and thoroughly exploring the property. I pay attention to all its features, benefits, nuances, and even the smallest details. By combining these two segments, I aim to create a seamless and compelling presentation that results in an exceptional price and a successful property sale.
